It includes adjustable sensitivity and can make subtle evidence easier to notice, but it does not replace careful inspection. Lighting, leaves, bark, reflections, and naturally red objects may occasionally create false positives.

The Shot Analyzer allows the user to select the apparent hit area and receive general guidance regarding possible organ or tissue involvement, recommended waiting period, expected deer behavior, and general recovery outlook. The result is educational guidance, not a guarantee.
